This study aims to determine the level of cognitive understanding students in playing basketball after daring (post-online) at school. type research is descriptive quantitative with survey methods. The subjects totaled 100 SMAN 1 Cigombong, from results determining purposive sampling technique. instrument used was a questionnaire Likert scale 5. Based on research, following data were obtained: 1. Results based stages prior knowledge, highest frequency 'good' category 53.00% or 53 students. Meanwhile, 'very good' 0% 0 students, 'fair' 21% 21 'less' 19% 19 and less' by 7% 7 2. are implementation shows 'sufficient' 50.00% 50 9% 9 15% 15 24% 24 2% 2 3. final knowledge stage, 59.00% 59 10% 10 13% 13 12% 12 6% 6 4. overall stages, 'enough' 20% 20 5% 5
